Seasonale is reliable and effective birth control medicine. It prevents unwanted pregnancy but won`t protect you against sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV, genital herpes or warts, Chlamydia, syphilis or gonorrhea.
How Taken
Seasonale is available in tablets. Follow the prescriptions of your gynaecologist and take Seasonale every day at the same time. If you observe bleeding or experience stomach upset, do not discontinue the Seasonal therapy on your own account and consult with your gynaecologist. Do not miss Seasonale dozes even if you do not have regular sex.
Missed Dose
Strictly keep the doze schedule recommended by your gynaecologist. Only in this way you would be effectively protected against unwanted pregnancy. Do not start taking the Seasonale pills later than prescribed. Try to not exceed 24 hours between two pills. Do not double a doze to make it for the missed one. The doubled doze won`t provide you better protection but it`s likely to provoke side effects.
Storage
Keep the Seasonale tablets at room temperature - 20°-25° C (68°-77° F). Keep the medicine away of reach of children. Do not store outdated or no longer needed packings of Seasonale.
Overdose
The overdose symptoms of Seasonale are not properly examined. If you suspect that you have taken more pills than prescribed or observe unusual symptoms such as nausea, stop taking the medicine and immediately contact your gynaecologist.
More Information
Seasonale may cause drowsiness or dizziness so do not drive or perform any activities which require full concentration before you have experienced the effect of the medicine on you. Before taking Seasonale, familiarize your doctor with your overall health condition and inform him/ her if you are undergoing therapy with other drugs. Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking Seasonale.
