Cleocin T gel is topical lincomycin antibiotic prescribed in case of severe acne and acne vulgaris. Cleocin kills the bacteria which cause acne and other skin irritators as free fatty acids and in such way cures the problem.

You can choose between Cleocin T Topical Solution gel and pledget in keeping with your preferences. If you choose Cleocin T Gel apply a thin layer on the affected area twice a day. If you choose Cleocin T pledget apply it twice a day as well. Use each pledget only once and then throw it in the garbage.

To achieve best results try not to miss your daily doses. If it happens to miss a dose, apply Cleocin T as soon as you remember. If the time for the next scheduled appliance has come, apply only once and do not overdose.

Keep Cleocin T get and Teocin T pledget in its original packing, tightly closed. Avoid moisture and heat. If the pledget seal is broken, throw it away. Keep away from the reach of children.

Do not overdose with Cleocin medicine. The drug is absorbed in sufficient amounts and leads to systemic effect when it is topical applied. If you suspect overdose, call your doctor immediately and look for medical attention.

Cleocin T medicine reacts with some medication, especially if they are skin applied. Advise your doctor if you are using any other drugs or cosmetic products. Use with caution together with neuromuscular blocking agents.

Safety Information

Do not use Cleocin T medicine if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. Do not use in case of Chrone disease, antibiotic associated or ulcerative colitis. There is no information if this medicine passes into the breast milk and influence on pregnant women. Do not use Cleocin in case you are breast feeder or pregnant.

Side Effect

During treatment with Cleocin T gel side effects as dry or oily skin and skin irritation might be expected. If you experience allergic reaction supported with rash, difficult breathing, swelling of the face, mouth and tongues, stomach cramps, redness skin burning and others, call you doctor immediately and stop taking Cleocin T. If you are taking Cleocin orally, severe colitis with even fatal end is possible. Other reported conditions are abdominal pain, gastrointestinal disturbances and gram-negative folliculitis. In case you suspect something bothersome and unusual during treatment with Cleocin, call your doctor for further support.
