Product Description

Soma drug is mainly prescribed in case of muscle pain and spasm or muscle strains. It is used by rest and physical therapy for treating injuries and other similar conditions. It is muscle relaxant and acts by blocking pain sensations between patient’s nerves and brain.

Take Soma only under doctor’s prescription. Follow your recipe strictly and do not take longer than recommended. Soma might be habit forming Take Soma oral only with water, food or milk in order to avoid stomach upset. The usual dose is a tablet from 350mg 4 times a day. Do not take this medicine if you are under 12 years.

Try not to miss your daily Soma doses. If it happens to miss a dose, take it as soon as you can and then go back to your regular schedule. If the time for your regular dose has already come, take only one dose and do not overdose.

Keep Soma in its original packing at a room temperature from 15°to 30°C (59°-86°F). Keep away from heat and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.

Overdosing may harm your health and worsen your health condition. Do not overdose with Soma. If you suspect overdose, call your doctor right away and visit the local poison center. The possible overdose symptoms include low blood pressure, decreased breathing, and fainting, severe weakness, lack of orientation, hallucinations and confusion and even unconsciousness.

Soma causes dizziness and drowsiness and may interfere on your daily duties. Act more cautious when you drive, operate with heavy machines or perform any hazard activities. Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment. Alcohol in combination with Soma provokes even stronger dizziness and drowsiness.

Safety Information

Take Soma only under doctor’s prescription. This medicine may not be good for you if you have acute intermittent porphyria, liver or kidney disease. Advise your doctor if you are taking any sleeping pills, antidepressants, muscle relaxants or any other drugs regularly. In any of these cases you may need special dosage adjustment and monitoring during treatment. Other health products as vitamins, herbals and minerals may affect Soma as well. There is no information if this medicine can be harmful for an unborn baby and may interfere on pregnancy. For you best safeties do not take Soma if you are pregnant or breast feeder.

Side Effect

Side effects during treatment with Soma might be expected. If you notice something bothersome and unusual about your health condition, call your doctor immediately and ask for further support. Possible side effect may appear as allergic reaction, skin rash, irregular heartbeat and breathing, lack of orientation and confusion, insomnia, headache, agitation, tremor, irritability, ataxia, asthmatic episodes and in worst case paralysis. By any of the listed conditions stop taking Soma and require medical help. Other side effects, not listed here are possible to be experienced.
