Ranitidine HCL drug is mainly prescribed to patients who suffer from active duodental ulcer and for maintenance therapy for duodenal ulcer. Your doctor will advise you about other applications of Ranitidine.
How Taken
Ranitidine HCL comes as tablets from 150mg and 300 mg. If you choose the smaller dose, take 2 tablets per day, if you choose 300mg tablet, take it once per day. Better take this drug at bed time with full glass of water or other liquid.
Missed Dose
For best results do not to miss your daily dose. If it happens to miss it, take a dose as soon as you remember it and do not overdose. Overdosing can not increase the effect of Ranitidine. After you take your regular dose, go back to your regular schedule.
Storage
Keep Ranitidine HCl medicine in its original packing. Do not expose to direct light, moisture and heat. Recommended temperature for storage is from 15°up to 30°C (59°-86°F). Keep where no children can reach it.
Overdose
Do not overdose with Ranitidine. Overdosing may worsen your health condition. If you suspect overdose alarm your doctor immediately and seek medical attention. Unabsorbed material of Ranitidine HCL must be removed from your gastrointestinal tract as soon as possible.
