Drug Uses
Eurax drug cures scabies. It relieves the symptoms of the disease and helps the organism to treat the virus.
How Taken
Eurax comes in two shapes – like cream and like lotion. Choose which one suit you better and follow your doctor’s prescription. Eurax is usually applied twice until the scabies is completely gone. You must apply the medicine all over your body, including soles of your feed. It is not necessary to put it on your head. Eurax have to be applied on dry and clean skin and then rubbed well. After the first 24 hours, apply another dose for another 24 hours. After the 48 hours, wash thoroughly away the medicine. If the scabies is not cured after this treatment, contact your doctor and ask him for advice.
Missed Dose
It is not a common case to miss a dose, because Eurax is applied only twice in a period of 48 hours. If it happens to miss your second dose, you may need to start the treatment all over again. You health provider will explain you how to act.
Storage
It is recommended to store Eurax at a controlled room temperature between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Keep away from children. Avoid direct heat and moisture.
Overdose
Do not overdose. Overdosing can not make the process of cure faster. The possible symptoms might be irritation and burning of the mouth, throat and stomach, sudden abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea and dizziness. If you suspect overdose, look immediately for medical aid.
More Information
If Eurax passes into your eyes, mouth and nose, wash immediately away with water. If an irritation occurs, seek for medical care.

Warnings/Precautions
After treatment with Eurax it is recommended to wash all your clothes, bed sheets and hair accessories in order to prevent from repeating of scabies. Use this drug exactly as prescribed and do not overdose or continue treatment without your doctor’s approval. Apply Eurax only on your body, avoid eyes and mouth application and do not swallow. It is not appropriate to have sexual contact when you have scabies and during treatment, because your partner may infected.

Side effects during treatment with Eurax are not a common case. If you experience some unusual symptoms, call your doctor immediately. The most probable side effects can be allergic reaction like breath shortness, swelling of the eyes, throat, face and lips.
