Albenza drug is specially produced to handle with paranchymal neurocysticercosis. It is caused by active lesions of the larval forms of the pork tapeworm. Albezna is also prescribed for cystic hydatid disease of the liver, lung and peritoneum. They might be a result when a larval form of the dog tapeworm gets into humans body.
How Taken
Albenza should be taken as prescribed. Take this drug on a full stomach to avoid stomach upset.
Missed Dose
Do not double the dose in case you have missed one. Take the missed drug as soon as you remember it. If the time for the next scheduled drug has come, take only one dose.
Storage
The best temperature to store Albenza is between 20° and 25°C (68° and 77°F). Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Overdose
Do not overdose. In case this happens, seek for medical attention immediately.
