How Taken

If you are taking Fluoxetine, you can not take MAO inhibitors. If you have taken MAO inhibitors, wait for at least 2 weeks before starting Fluoxetine. If you have taken Fluoxetine first, wait for 5 weeks before starting MAO Inhibitors. Fluoxetine like all the drugs who deal with depression affect the brain and slow patient’s reactions.
