Zyrtec is proven effective antihistamine which is designed to treat wide range of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, itching and burning of the eyes, sneezing. Zyrtec will provide you long-lasting relief from various seasonal allergies, hives and other allergic conditions.

Zyrtec is available in tablets for oral administration. One Zyrtec pill should be taken once a day. If you have chronic stomach problems, take Zyrtec after meal in order to avoid stomach upset. Zyrtec could be taken as a preventive measure before the serious allergic symptoms have occurred.

Drink alcohol with caution. The combination between Zyrtec and any type of alcohol may increase the drowsiness.

Side Effect

Zyrtec is not likely to provoke side effects. However the most serious negative effect that you may experience as a result of the Zyrtec treatment is an allergic reaction. The most common symptoms of an allergic reaction are: hard breathing, swelling of the face, lips, eyelids and tongue, closing of the throat. If you observe any of the mentioned symptoms, immediately stop taking Zyrtec and seek for emergency medical help. You could also experience other, less disturbing side effects such as temporary insomnia, drowsiness or dizziness, headache, dry mouth.
